When you enroll in a course, you provide your name and email address, which is stored in your Individual Profile record on our computers. This information is used to authenticate you when you call or request support. Your name or email is only used for the purpose: of delivering the online training service you have requested, providing personal service and support, and providing reminders where you have selected to be notified of your certificate expiry.
