When you click the Enroll button you will see a confirmation message – on screen – with a link to your receipt – the link to the login page for your course with your Username and Access Code. Plus you will get an email with the receipt as a PDF and welcome message with the Username and Access Code. You can start training immediately!

When you log in to the course, you will see a list of the course modules and a Begin Course button which takes you to the first page in the first module. You can start and stop and use the Resume to go to where you left off. Each course is a combination of text, audio, video, PDF or images which you can review. If there is testing or retesting, that option is enabled for you.

When you complete the course, you will instantly receive a regular size Certificate sent to your email and a wallet size Certificate, which will both come as a PDF that you may print off. You will have a 90 days to complete your course from the date that you enroll.
