Register as an Organization

Any organization that desires to, or is required to by the Personal Health Information Regulation, provide training to its employees and agents (volunteers, non-paid staff, students or individuals providing professional services to the organization under contract), may register as an organization. As an organization, you will:

  • be able to register your employees or agents for any version of the training program, or any combination of versions.
  • be able to issue and reissue program version access codes for your employees and agents at any time, which will be valid for one year from the date that they are issued.
  • be notified by the system when your registered employees and agents have successfully completed the their assigned training program version(s).
  • be able to login at any time and verify which of your employees and agents have completed training and which have not.
  • receive notification from the program system when your employees and agents require retraining.
  • be able to transfer in trainees (ex: new employees) that already have existing accounts and see their course/certification status.

The employees and agents that you register will:

  • be emailed a login ID, password and any appropriate program version access codes by the program system.
  • receive a unique, verifiable Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of any program version.
  • be able to reprint any certificate for up to one year past the date it was issued.
  • receive notification from the program system when any certificate is due to expire and retraining maybe required.

  • Enter the number of employees you would like to add today (Must be at least one).
  • On the next page you will be able to enter their first and last name and their email is optional.
  • If an employee does not have an email address their access code will be sent to the address entered above.
  • When your account is created you will receive an email message with a Company Administrator login and instructions.
  • In the Company Administration area you can add new employees at any time and create access codes for them.
